During the school holidays, I was invited to give a talk at one of the hotels in Port Dickson. Brought my kids along. The youngest told me when she reached my room with her siblings and father, "Mama, we come to your room. We used the alligator!" Happily she announced.
I was dumbfounded for one second there, trying to figure out what she was trying to say.
"Pardon me?" I said.
"We go up the alligator."
I looked at my husband. He mouthed, "Elevator!"

So cute! My son confused the word excavator with excalator.
O! I made spelling error, the spelling of the last word should be 'escalator', not excalator. How silly of me!
